Inclusive Activities Instructor – March Break Camps
Job summary
A public service organization in Brampton is looking for Inclusion/Integration Instructors for March Break Camps. This part-time, seasonal role involves planning and delivering programs for individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and have experience working with individuals with disabilities. Training will be provided, and flexibility in scheduling is required as this role includes evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 16 years of age.
- Current Standard First Aid / CPR C certification, or ability to obtain within a month.
- HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development or Sport Certification, or ability to obtain within two months.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and deliver high-quality programs for individuals living with disabilities.
- Provide support to participants in daily activities.
- Complete daily Communication Logs for each participant.
