Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview watercraft owners to assess the risk their vessel poses.
• Inspect watercraft for signs of aquatic invasive species.
• Educate the public about AIS threats and promote responsible boating practices.
• Distribute materials to encourage behavior change.
• Towing and backing up trailers, operating cleaning units.
• Issue Quarantine Orders for fouled or suspected watercraft.
