• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a structured call flow

• Minimum of 1 year of proven hard sales experience (meeting quotas and working on commission)

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multitasking

• Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing work conditions
• A desktop or laptop computer with high-speed internet access
