  • Optimize and document data flows, systems, and processes for repeatability and governance.

  • Work independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.

Technical Competencies
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong foundation in programming, systems thinking, and technical design.
  • Hands‑on development experience in data analysis, visualization, and automation.

Proficiency (4+ years hands‑on experience) in:

  • SQL scripting
  • SAS programming
  • Data/Information optimization and decision-making
  • Insights design and reporting
  • Data storytelling and visualization

Working knowledge (1+ year hands‑on experience) in:

  • Power Apps and automation workflows.
  • Power BI and M365 integration (SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
  • Phyton (Python) : OOP, data handling libraries
  • Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred)

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
