This entry-level role within the Treasury team offers exposure to a broad range of activities that support the bank’s financial operations. The responsibilities outlined below are indicative of the type of work you may be involved in.   • Support of daily treasury operations and routine activities related to cash management, funding, and liquidity monitoring.
  • Contributing to financial analysis by reviewing market trends, interest rates, and preparing data for decision-making.
  • Assisting with transaction processing, including preparing and executing basic financial transactions.
  • Analyzing data to spot trends and anomalies in risk metrics and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborating within treasury and across other teams to share information and support initiatives.
  • Preparing and maintain documentation for treasury activities with accuracy and compliance.
  • Gaining exposure to risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?
  • University degree in business, economics, finance or other relevant field
  • Experience in business, finance, accounting, treasury, or project management would be an asset
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team building skills, working with diverse groups to resolve issues and identify efficiencies
  • Ability to develop and leverage strong relationships with key business partners
  • Strong PC skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Understanding or experience with Treasury an asset
