OFX is seeking a driven, results‑oriented team player to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will effectively articulate OFX’s value proposition and discuss how OFX’s products and solutions provide an opportunity for better business money management, financial operations and spend control. This role is ideal for a new graduate, or a candidate new in their career, who has a strong business mindset and is looking to start or expand their career in Sales. Sales Development Representatives who consistently exceed their targets will have the opportunity to explore a variety of exciting career growth prospects within our dynamic and growing organization.
We offer a competitive base salary of $65,000 – $75,000 CAD complemented by an incentive plan. Our comprehensive benefits package is available to all full‑time employees and part‑time employees working a minimum of 24 hours per week, ensuring you receive valuable support and perks as part of your compensation.
We also offer a flexible hybrid working model where employees typically work 1‑2 days from one of our North American offices (San Francisco, Toronto or Edmonton).
