The Cook's Helper prepares fresh, order-room-service menu items for patients, clients, and customers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include ingredient control, measuring, portioning, and food production according to recipes, as well as adhering to cost control, safe food handling, therapeutic, allergy, and menu standards, and providing excellent customer service.
