About The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional, integrated teams delivering $10–30M sustaining capital projects within our Sarnia Refining & Chemicals operations. This role is responsible for Stage 2 and/or Stage 3 (FEL2/FEL3) project performance, governance, contractor oversight, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an integrated project team with accountability for Safety, Quality, Cost, and Schedule
  • Establish Gate Review timelines and ensure deliverables meet required quality
  • Drive concept selection, optimization, and competitive project strategies
  • Align stakeholders on project objectives, POS, cost, schedule, and value delivery
  • Partner with Senior Technical Leads to define scope, risks, and mitigations
  • Develop and maintain the Project Road Map
  • Steward project reviews, technical queries, and development phase budgets
  • Oversee pre‑FEED/FEED contractor performance and close performance gaps
  • Develop Project Organization Plans and ensure discipline integration
  • Work cross‑functionally across operations, engineering, and business teams
  • Manage remote and cross‑cultural team interactions
Required Qualifications
