Partner Staffing on behalf of our Client, we are seeking an experienced MunicipalInfrastructure Project Manager to join our Edmonton office and lead thedelivery of diverse infrastructure projects. Working alongside amultidisciplinary team and under the guidance of a senior manager with deepmunicipal infrastructure expertise, you will take ownership of projects fromconcept to completion, while contributing to business development and clientengagement efforts.

This roleoffers the chance to work on a variety of initiatives, including roads, watermains, sanitary sewers, stormwater management, solid waste systems, anddrainage projects for both public- and private-sector clients. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design development,cost estimating, and preparation of specifications and contract documents.
  • Oversee scheduling,budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and constructioninspection.
  • Manage projects throughconcept, design, and construction phases—ensuring they are delivered ontime and within budget.
  • Provide technical designinput and support to other Project Managers.
  • Maintain strongrelationships with existing clients while developing new opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals andcontribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary clientcontact for all project-related matters.
  • Mentor and coach a team ofengineers and technologists, fostering a collaborative, high-performanceenvironment.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering(accredited university) or Civil Engineering Technology diploma(accredited technical institute).
  • Professional Engineer(P.Eng.) registered with APEGA or Certified Engineering Technologist(C.E.T.) with ASET, or eligibility for registration.
  • Minimum 10 years’progressive experience in infrastructure design and project management,including proposal preparation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Strong communication,interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team, with a commitment to quality andefficiency.
  • Valid driver’s license andability to travel within Canada.
