Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management combined with hands-on exposure to AI/ML, cloud platforms, and data visualization tools. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage AI/ML and data-driven projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality adherence.

Drive project execution across data engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Manage delivery of analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Python-based data workflows.

Coordinate cloud-based implementations leveraging AWS services and Databricks for data processing and analytics.

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.

Monitor project risks, dependencies, and budgets; proactively resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.

Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance across AI and data initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of overall Project Management experience, with 4+ years managing AI/ML or advanced analytics projects.

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data science workflows, and model lifecycle management.

Hands-on exposure to AWS cloud services and Databricks environments.

Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or AI/ML project coordination.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven experience delivering projects in remote, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

Experience working with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance frameworks.

Exposure to big data technologies and distributed data processing.

PMP, Agile, or AI-related certifications.
