A technology solutions provider in Toronto is looking for a BSA - Business Analyst and Scrum Master. This role focuses on fostering stakeholder relationships, ensuring product quality, and driving resolution of ambiguities in requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data knowledge and problem-solving skills. The position offers a chance to work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
BSA - Business Analyst and Scrum master.
Build relationships with upstream and downstream stakeholders and be key liaison for team
Develop expert data and domain knowledge
Problem solver - Drive identification of solution options and recommendation for the product
Adopt a broad Product mindset and drive it within the team
Facilitate discussions with ownership across stakeholder teams to get the best outcome for business
NFR - Understand product health and reliability requirements and raise awareness within the product team and across stakeholder teams
Ensure product quality is maintained / enhanced. Accountable for stories being delivered to Production
Actively participate in triage for incidents and issues being reported
Develop robust, efficient, scalable processes and apply CI practices.
Performs analysis and documents functional / non-functional requirements
Reviews requirements with the team for accuracy
Drives resolution of requirement issues and / or ambiguity within stories
Validate completed development items prior to being migrated to QA
Review of QA test plan for owned efforts
Represents the team in meetings and provide status updates as requested
Perform some functional testing as needed
Understands consumer data usage needs / patterns
Supports Operational and DevOps processes
