Bizzabo is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive scalable, data-driven growth through experimentation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing. This role sits at the intersection of digital strategy, analytics, and creativity — ideal for a marketer who loves testing ideas, analyzing results, and turning insights into measurable revenue impact.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll own the strategy and execution of growth experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and paid acquisition. You’ll also bring an AI-forward systems-thinking approach — building testing frameworks and automation that accelerate speed to market and drive continuous improvement.
