• Assist Foreperson with daily tasks including safety toolbox meetings, equipment inspection, and road condition inspection reports
• Support Foreperson in planning work to meet contractual milestones
• Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew
• Operate equipment on work sites as needed
• Help ensure health, safety, and environmental concerns are addressed promptly
• Work outside in all weather conditions

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks
• Must possess a valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with air endorsement
• Must provide a copy of a 3-year driver’s abstract
• Previous experience operating snowplow trucks and/or wheel loaders is a strong asset

• Local applicants will be given preference due to the location of the work
• Accommodations provided for out-of-town applicants
• Some shift work, on-call, and night shifts will be required due to weather conditions
• Work schedules: either 5 consecutive days followed by 2 days off or 6 consecutive days followed by 1 day off, with shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours
