A community support organization in Prince George seeks a Youth Support Worker to aid youth through programs such as summer camps and food banks. The role involves administrative support, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting in community events. The ideal candidate will have some high school education, relevant experience, and a strong sense of integrity.

Position Purpose summary
Youth support work is focused on supporting, promoting, and enhancing well-being of individuals and families as well as assisting needs of youth with regular and seasonal programs (including backpacks, summer camps, and Christmas) and other programs that are developed to meet the needs of youth and the community. This position will provide general support to various services in the Corps setting of a Ministry Unit.
Internal: MU leadership and staff, volunteers.
External: Might have to communicate with community members.
Reports directly to the Corps Officer.

The target hiring range for this position is $17.85 to $18.76 with a maximum of $22.51.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
