Qualifications

  • One year of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in assessment, goal setting, and program planning for clients.
  • Provide life skills training, including meal preparation and personal care.
  • Assist clients in developing independence within the program and community.
