A global insurance leader in Toronto is seeking a high-energy Team Lead - Underwriting Operations to guide a team of Underwriting Assistants. In this key role, the Team Lead will manage workflows, ensure service delivery, and foster a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in advanced insurance knowledge, experience in P&C insurance, and a proactive approach to staff mentoring and operational efficiency.
