Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead our operational strategy and ensure the highest standards of efficiency and quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Victoria, BC. The Senior Director of Operations will oversee daily business activities, lead operational planning and implementation, manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, ensure compliance, and cultivate excellent customer service practices.
