A leading IT services firm is seeking a Senior Citrix Expert based in Montreal. The role involves managing Citrix infrastructure, providing mentorship, and ensuring seamless global operations. Candidates should have significant experience in Citrix support and scripting, along with strong communication and collaboration skills. This position requires bilingualism in French and English due to client interaction.

Qualifikationen
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in administering and supporting Citrix infrastructure.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Level 3 infrastructure support, focusing on Citrix and related technologies.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, CMD).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Windows Server 2012 and 2016 installation and support.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in XenDesktop installation and support.
Aufgaben
- Handle operational and design engineering responsibilities for the AMER Citrix perimeter.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other team members.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business partners to design and implement solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations, covering after-hours and weekend shifts.
