• Maintains engineering systems for HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Reviews work orders, determines priorities, and installs machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations.
• Inspects, repairs, and adjusts HVAC equipment.
• Repairs, cleans, and maintains plumbing fixtures, line vents, and drains to ensure proper operation and sanitation.
• Performs minor electrical repairs, including outlets, light fixtures, and equipment; ensures adequate lighting by replacing lights as needed.
• Adheres to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Fabricates, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices, motors, and pumps; performs painting, carpentry, and upholstery work as required.
• Follows all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Installs and maintains tile, marble flooring, carpeting, and tiles.
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Responds promptly to maintenance calls.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and finishing trades.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience with maintenance and engineering, especially electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• High energy, proactive, and strategic problem-solving approach.
