Join us and make every day an unforgettable adventure!Job DescriptionSalary Range: $55000-$60000 per annum based on previous experienceThe Housekeeping Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations within the Jasper Park Lodge and ensure a seamless guest experience. In this role you will support the hotel by:Handle guest complaints and follow through on action requiredGeneral office administration which includes payroll, scheduling, ordering supplies and inventory controlOversee daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments as assignedAssist in the organization and actively participates in the monthly department communication meetingsEnsure all employees are trained to work safelyProgressive evaluation of staff performance in collaboration with their direct supervisorsOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Previous Supervisory experience required3 years of Housekeeping experience, preferably in a 4 or 5 star propertyLaundry experience an assetValid Alberta driver’s license requiredAdditional InformationVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
