A financial support non-profit organization is seeking a Client & Creditor Liaison to manage client relationships during their Debt Management Program. The role involves negotiating with creditors and supporting clients throughout their debt repayment journey. Applicants should have experience in customer service and administration. Qualifications

  • Two or more years of customer service and administrative experience required.
  • Previous banking/financial industry experience preferred.

  • Manage a caseload of clients throughout their debt repayment journey.
  • Advocate for solutions that meet clients’ needs during the Debt Management Program.
