A leading healthcare organization located in the Capital Regional District of Victoria seeks an Associate Director to lead major gift fundraising initiatives in the Vancouver Island region. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of donors, develop strategies for donor engagement, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Candidates should have significant experience in fundraising, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge of the healthcare philanthropic landscape. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $111,000.

Reporting to the Associate VP, Vancouver Island, the Associate Director, Vancouver Island will help lead and grow the Foundation’s major gift program for the Vancouver Island region.
The Associate Director will manage a portfolio of high‑value donors and prospects, develop regional strategies, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment between donor priorities and institutional goals.
