This is a night shift position.

1. Progressing and closing trips
2. Creating trips
3. Providing customer service via phone and email to resolve issues
4. Supporting drivers
5. Planning and dispatching pickups and deliveries

• Strong keyboarding skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (email, Word, Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Team player attitude
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Ability to work from home or in an office environment that may be busy and noisy
• Willingness to work other shifts as needed
