Imagine starting your day by prepping a clean, ready-to-go vehicle, knowing that your next drive plays a small but important role in supporting essential services across the region. You’re the calm, capable presence behind the wheel—navigating city streets and country roads with care and confidence. At Keolis Canada, we’re looking for Shuttle Drivers who value professionalism, safety, and consistency to join a specialized transport program based in Kelowna.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate a fleet vehicle during 12-hour standby shifts
  • Transport personnel and equipment between predetermined locations
  • Conduct pre‑and post‑trip inspections and basic reporting
  • Respond to on‑call needs within a 30‑minute window when scheduled
  • Follow all safety and driving protocols in varying road and weather conditions
  • Assist passengers with loading & unloading equipment as needed
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
  • Operate a two‑way radio and manage fares accurately
  • Maintain a safe and harassment‑free environment for everyone
  • Report any incidents, vehicle defects, or passenger safety concerns
  • Fuel, wash, and check fluid levels of the vehicle
What We’re Looking For:
  • Valid Driver's License - minimum of Class 4
  • Hold a clean commercial driver’s abstract
  • Able to clear a required criminal record check and drug & alcohol test
  • Provide a driver's abstract upon application and annually
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Calm, professional, and safety‑minded
  • Able to work independently with changing schedules
  • Promoting a smoke free environment
  • Experience in rural or winter driving conditions is an asset
Bonus Points if You Have:
  • Previous taxi or shuttle driving experience
What We Offer:
  • Modified 4-on / 3-off rotating schedule | 12-hour on‑call shifts

This position follows a 12‑hour shift schedule, with rotations from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (day shift) and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (night shift)

  • Standby shifts include:
    • 8 regular hours at $20/hour
    • 4 additional hours at $30/hour
    • Overtime paid at $40/hour for shifts exceeding 12 hours
  • Casual with no guaranteed hours; ideal for flexible availability
  • Company phone provided during shifts; vehicle must remains on site.
