Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Foreman to join our team. The Site Foreman will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Crew Coordination: Lead and supervise construction crews, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure productivity and efficiency.
3. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all projects.
4. Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols to protect the well-being of the crew and adhere to all safety regulations.
5. Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate the delivery and use of materials and equipment on-site.
6. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction projects.
7. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
8. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report on financial progress to the management team.
9. Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
10. Training and Development: Mentor and train junior staff, promoting skill development and career growth.
11. Long-Term Growth: Contribute to the company's growth and success by actively participating in its long-term vision and goals.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in general contracting.
2. Strong knowledge and experience in foundation work, fence installation, roofing, eavestrough and gutter installation, and siding.
3. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
4. Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing project needs.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
9. Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
10. Dedication to contributing to the long-term success and growth of the company.
