A leading technology firm in Richmond, BC is seeking an experienced technician to support the testing and refurbishment of returned devices. This role involves executing RMA repair operations, coordinating shipping logistics, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong knowledge of wireless communication technology. This position offers a competitive salary range of CAD $45,000 - $55,000.

Job Summary:
Support the testing and refurbishment of Semtech devices returned from the field, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
Execute daily RMA repair operations, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of test systems. Perform detailed device triage, technical verification, functional validation, and final quality control inspections to confirm all returned units meet performance and quality standards.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping logistics, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in RMA databases and tracking systems.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is CAD $45,000 - $55,000.
