Qualifications

• 5 years’ relevant work experience in enterprise technology operations or customer service.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing test, equipment maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of wireless communication technology and RF measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support testing and refurbishment of Semtech devices.
• Execute daily RMA repair operations and technical verification.
• Coordinate shipping logistics and maintain RMA records.

Skills

5 years relevant work experience in enterprise technology operations

Experience in electronics manufacturing test

Knowledge of wireless communication technology

Proficient in spoken and written English

Microsoft Office skills
