A leading mortgage solutions provider is seeking a Regional Manager for Business Development Sales in Ottawa. You will manage relationships with mortgage brokers and focus on originating residential mortgages. The ideal candidate excels in sales and has a deep understanding of the mortgage industry. A mortgage license is required or must be obtained within 6 months. This role offers a competitive salary, a generous commission structure, and flexible work arrangements.
CMLS Financial is expanding our Residential Mortgages Business Development team, and we are searching for an experienced, driven, and entrepreneurial-minded Regional Manager to join our successful sales team in Ontario.
As a Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in originating residential mortgages through the mortgage broker channel in the Ottawa/Kingston & ON East region, joining a high-performing team of other Business Development Managers across Canada and receiving full support from our experienced Risk team, including underwriters and document specialists.
Reporting to the Vice President & Director, Residential Origination, Eastern Canada, this role will allow for full ownership of your territory’s volume objectives with a focus on driving revenue while maintaining deal quality and underwriting standards.
