We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our residential security systems division in Canada. This role requires a proven leader with a strong track record in sales management and deep expertise in residential security solutions. The ideal candidate will drive growth, manage a high‑performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in residential security systems. Proven success in managing multi‑location teams and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
