A leading consulting firm is seeking a Manager in their Technology Strategy & Transformation practice in Toronto, Canada. You will lead digital transformation initiatives and manage multi-disciplinary teams to create enterprise-wide solutions using AI and advanced technologies. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of experience in technology strategy with strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires a commitment to understanding client needs and a passion for driving innovation. The position may also require up to 30% travel.

As a Manager in our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice, you will spearhead enterprise-wide digital transformation and innovation, applying a strategic, digital‑first mindset. You combine hands‑on technical depth with consulting acumen to harness the latest in AI (including generative AI), modern infrastructure, and data modernization across the enterprise. You translate cutting‑edge technology into tangible business value, architecting business solutions that align with organizational strategy and growth objectives. More than a technologist, you are a storyteller and strategist, fluent in platform thinking and enterprise transformation. You articulate complex ideas through compelling narratives that guide stakeholders through change and inspire teams.
As a leader, you manage multi‑disciplinary teams and client engagements, orchestrating transformative outcomes at scale.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is considered a strong asset.
Certifications: TOGAF, PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications; cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT governance credentials (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, CISA) are advantageous.
