A major Canadian contractor in Newfoundland and Labrador is looking for a Project Cost Controller to manage financial forecasting and reporting for a Joint Venture project. Responsibilities include developing budgets, conducting variance analysis, and preparing status reports for JV Partners. The candidate should have over 3 years of financial analysis experience in infrastructure projects and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. The Project Cost Controller responsibilities focus on the budgetary control system for a Joint Venture Project through the preparation of cost reports, monitoring, analyzing, and demonstrating commitment to budget and forecast. The Project Cost Controller works with the Joint Venture Project team members to maintain accurate, updated information throughout the project lifecycle.
This role would require you to be in office full time, with travel to the site.
