A high-growth fintech startup in Toronto is looking for a Director - Performance Marketing to lead their paid acquisition efforts across platforms like Google and Meta. You will own campaign strategy, enhance channel performance, and drive efficient growth while collaborating closely with creative and engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in performance marketing, a strong command of metrics, and a proven ability to scale marketing efforts effectively.
At Chexy, we’re reshaping the way money moves—making payments smarter, faster, and more rewarding.
We started by being the first in Canada to let people pay their biggest and most painful bills with credit cards and earn rewards on money they had to spend anyway. Now, we’re on a much bigger mission: to build a super app that acts as your co-pilot for all your money—helping you get more value from every dollar you spend.
As a high-growth fintech startup, we’re at the forefront of payments innovation, and we’re looking for hungry, ambitious people to help us scale. If you thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and want to be part of something big, we’d love to work with you.
We’re hiring a Director - Performance Marketing to take full ownership of paid acquisition at Chexy. That’s across Google, Meta, Reddit, and other platforms we decide on. This is a hands-on, in-platform IC role designed for someone who wants to drive results, not just report on them. You’ll have the runway to test, optimize, and scale campaigns across the full funnel. As our team grows, you may also take the lead on managing performance agencies or contractors. This role is designed for performance-driven marketers who love to learn quickly, execute efficiently, and take full ownership of their channels.
