The Role

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our high-impact marketing team. This is a versatile, hands-on role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and loves combining creativity with data to drive measurable growth.

You’ll play a key role in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing automation workflows, engaging our developer and partner communities, and enabling our sales team with high-quality collateral and insights. What You’ll Do
Campaigns & Automation
  • Manage and optimize digital acquisition programs across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, etc), and unpaid channels (email, social, and website) to drive pipeline and awareness.
  • Track and report campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, landing pages (WordPress), and lead nurturing automation to ensure smooth prospect journeys.
  • Maintain data quality, segmentation, and effective lead handoff processes between marketing and sales.
Community & Social Engagement
  • Engage authentically with our developer and partner community across social and technical channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Nylas Forum).
  • Use AI-assisted monitoring tools such as AirOps to surface trending topics and identify opportunities for brand storytelling and thought leadership.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to craft credible, informed content and social responses that reflect Nylas’s voice.
Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
  • Support the operational side of marketing, including campaign scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with broader GTM priorities.
  • Provide insights on process improvements and contribute to building scalable marketing systems.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3-6 years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or startup environments).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Wordpress, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4 and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to technical topics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity about AI, developer ecosystems, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous learning.
Interview Process (subject to change)
  • Round 1: 30 minute Google Meet discussion with hiring manager
  • Round 2: 60 minute Google Meet technical round (may include take-home assignment)
  • Round 3: Three (3) Google Meet discussions with various Nylas members (max 3 hours)

During the various discussions, candidates selected to meet with us are strongly encouraged to not only discuss their knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities but also to showcase examples of their current or previous work. We expect you to clearly outline the "what," "why," and "how" behind your contributions.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications, which are objectively assessed during the interview process. Factors influencing salary include knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities.

Nylas is registered as an employer in many, but not all, states/provinces. If you are not located in or able to work from a state/province where Nylas is registered, you will not be eligible for employment. Visa sponsorship may not be available in certain remote locations.
