What You’ll Do
  • Develop and lead digital marketing strategies across owned channels
  • Coach and support a team of digital marketing professionals
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft D365 Marketing for segmentation and personalization
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack to support business goals
  • Plan and deliver innovative campaigns and cross‑channel initiatives
  • Provide strategic leadership and hands‑on technical guidance
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Manage digital marketing budget and ensure measurable ROI
  • Stay current with digital trends and share insights internally
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to marketing leadership

Education & Experience
  • University or College degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on owned channels and campaign execution, ideally in a retail or consumer‑focused environment.
  • Experience creating emails, templates, and journeys
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Microsoft D365 preferred)
  • Experience with Builder.io or other CMS platforms
  • Understanding of MarTech ecosystems and analytics tools including campaign automation, analytics, and data platforms
  • Applied knowledge of SEO/SEM methodologies
  • Awareness of digital media buying and implementation
  • Exposure to web technologies and digital production
  • Familiarity with performance measurement tools and A/B testing
  • Experience with third‑party business listings
