The Growth team at DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Marketing Mega OS team. This team builds the toolset that powers DoorDash’s marketing campaigns which enables operators to drive personalized customer engagement at scale. Our engineers work cross-functionally across backend, frontend, and ML to help acquire and retain millions of customers every quarter.

As a key technical leader, you’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Ops, Data Foundation and Engineering teams to define the vision and roadmap for Marketing Mega OS. You’ll help drive decisions around AI-driven targeting, campaign orchestration, and operational excellence - ensuring both quality and velocity at scale.
