Supply Chain Manager – Lean Manufacturing Focus

We’re seeking a skilledSupply Chain Managerwith strong expertise inLean Manufacturingto drive efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
- Apply Lean tools (Kanban, pull systems, flow optimization) across operations
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and engineering teams
- Build strong supplier relationships and manage risk
- Analyze data to improve performance and track KPIs
- Oversee demand planning, inventory, and materials flow
- Support value stream mapping and cross-functional improvements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in manufacturing-based supply chain roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
- ERP/MRP experience (Infor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- APICS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
