Position Summary

We are actively seeking one full-time Project Manager . This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning workflow for agency account team members and overarching PM-related implementations to keep media campaigns running smoothly. The successful candidate will work as part of an integrated team of peers, clients, and partners based in Montreal. This role requires someone who can work with key stakeholders to ensure the planning & execution process is flawlessly executed while keeping Media Experts’ business objectives top of mind. The candidate will drive automation and process improvements as part of the overall business objective to elevate workflow, create operational excellence and support assigned account group(s).

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Coordinates and leads planning and execution efforts for multiple projects including identification of tasks and deliverable milestones.
• Ensures quality execution and delivery of solutions through optimized workload distribution
• Works with their account team(s) to understand and manage the expectations of both internal and external clients at the project level. Communicates potential variances upstream through senior members in a timely fashion.
• Serves as a primary escalation point for project issues that impact the client. Works with the planning team to identify options for resolution and communicate those options upstream.
• Attends client kick-off and status meetings and participates in scoping meetings. Communicates meeting objectives to team members, ensuring efficient scheduling and appropriate agenda and recap documentation standards are met.
• Develops and provides ongoing status reports to the client & informs the senior client leadership team.
• Help facilitate productive meetings and working sessions that align the team and uncover ways forward
• Be an active and main point of contact for the client
• Build positive internal and external relationships and partnerships
