Position Summary… The Manager, Inventory Management oversees demand planning and supply chain optimization to ensure efficient and cost-effective inventory levels, supporting business growth and operational targets.
This position also focuses on demand planning, analyzing factors that impact customer demand, and adjusting forecasting models based on trends. The Manager collaborates with key stakeholders to align demand forecasts with business plans, aiming to reduce forecast errors and improve inventory accuracy. The role includes evaluating historical data, market trends, and promotions to develop accurate forecasts and achieve working capital targets. This role leverages AI, predictive analytics and real time data to support decision making and customer experience.
Additionally, the Manager leads supply chain optimization initiatives, conducting detailed analytical studies and managing cross-functional projects from inception to operational ownership. The role involves strong communication skills, managing complex feedback, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaborative improvements. The Manager continuously analyzes supply chain data to optimize inventory processes and enhance operational efficiency.
