Amazon is hiring a Maintenance Manager to join the Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) team in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in facilities maintenance, industrial automation, and project management.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead facilities associates and Area Maintenance Managers, ensuring workplace safety, preventive maintenance programs, and operational efficiency in Amazon fulfillment centers.
This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to oversee maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting operations teams by ensuring a safe and customer-centric environment.
- Managing maintenance projects, working with internal teams and external contractors.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Providing technical training and mentorship to Maintenance Technicians.
- Overseeing industrial automation, CMMS programs, and electrical systems.
- Ensuring compliance with safety programs and process improvements.
