Job summary
A leading aviation services provider in Peel Region, Mississauga is seeking a dedicated Training Admin to support training operations. The role involves coordinating training bookings, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to training management. Candidates should have at least 2 years of airport experience and strong communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced aviation environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of airport experience.
- Must be able to lift 70lbs when required.
- Valid full G drivers licence, required security clearances.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to training managers.
- Coordinate and administer training bookings.
- Maintain accurate attendance records.
- Assist with e-learning training and materials.

The Training Admin is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the training managers and training officers at YYZ.
- Entering and coding employee attendance information
- Coordinate and administer all training bookings
- Sends attendance registers to Line Management daily
- Prints, records, and issues Training Certificates
- Assists training officers with printing training manuals and hand‑outs
- Provides information regarding training dates and records same for manager
- Assists with enrolling e‑learners
- Assists with e‑learning training and contacting employees to complete all initial and recurrent training
- Ensures all filing up to date and that files are kept in good order following the 8 Pillar requirements
- Updates and maintains Station Matrix for YYZ
- Assists with Matrix and training related queries from all Menzies Aviation stations within Canada
- Prepares and distributes reports as requested
- Must be able to travel when required
- Performs other training duties as assigned by the Regional Quality Assurance a& Compliance Manager
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to work using own initiative and without supervisor
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational planning skills and good eye for detail
- Experience of working in a busy, sometimes high‑pressure environment
- Minimum 2 years of airport experience
- Must be able to lift 70lbs when required
- Must be able to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- Valid full G drivers licence and ability to obtain required security clearances and ability to obtain a driving icon / authorization from local airport authority
