Job summary
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an IT Technician at their Cambridge, Ontario location. The role involves providing customer-focused technical support, maintaining end-user devices, and assisting with server management. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field, experience in a related role, and ideally possess Microsoft certifications. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support as the first level of help desk.

- Assist with management of on-premise servers and systems.
