A leading technology company is seeking a skilled software developer to join their fully-remote team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, a strong proficiency in technologies such as Ruby on Rails and Vue.js, and the ability to lead development efforts. Responsibilities include collaborating with product and UX teams, mentoring others, and participating in on-call duties.
