Title : Valuation Support Customer Success Agent

Location : Remote Canada

Reports To : Customer Success Supervisor

The Role :

Providing over the phone and email support for valuation services customers consumers and internal teams to JD Power.

The Impact You Will Have in This Role :

Your role will provide front line support and will be the face of JD Power vehicle valuations.

What Youll Be Doing in This Role :

  • Answer inbound phone inquiries and provide support and sales information to current and potential customers.
  • Answer inbound email inquiries and provide support and sales information to current and potential customers.
  • Provide support to valuation services team members and internal JD Power team members.
  • No weekends Shift 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm EST and during training 8 : 15am-6 : 15pm EST availability required for an 8 hour shift

Qualifications :

  • Previous work experience in a customer facing / service-oriented role.
  • Previous experience with inbound calls or customer response emails.
  • Ability and responsibility to provide gold level customer service and sales information to JD Power vehicle valuation current customers and potential customers.
  • Knowledge of MS Teams & MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Education : High School Diploma
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Contact center or inbound phone call center experience
  • Knowledge or passion for vehicles
