The ideal candidate for this role takes initiative and ownership over their work, thrives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative in-person environment, and is capable of rapidly adapting to evolving needs as required.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the blockchain or financial technology industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly Cosmos SDK and its ecosystem.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as agile and scrum.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Experience with product roadmap development and management, including prioritization and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of product analytics and metrics, with the ability to track and analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and product performance.

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Cosmos SDK based blockchain, based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the blockchain market and competition, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvement.
• Track and analyze key product metrics, including user acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue, and use this information to inform product decisions and roadmap planning.
• Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality of the final product.
• Act as a customer advocate, regularly engaging with customers and other stakeholders to gain insights and feedback on the product.
• Continuously improve the product development process, implementing best practices and new technologies as appropriate.
