- Experience building solutions in Lightning and using Salesforce programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication abilities
- Experience with Ironclad CLM system
- Salesforce Certified App Builder
- Platform Developer II certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (p.k.a. Salesforce Certified Administrator)
- Familiarity with tools like Rocketlane, Gong, and Zendesk
