About the role

With the continued growth of the company, RubiconPath has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting and Finance Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will cover the essentials of searching for top talent and help develop recruiting strategies that promote effective methods to source and evaluate talent for RubiconPath and maintain quality candidate pipelines for key positions and proactive growth. You will interface directly with company leadership. This part‑time, high commission‑based role can be fully remote from Canada. Are you a builder? What you’ll do
  • Own the full cycle recruiting process for roles, engaging, evaluating, and hiring top candidates to join our clients
  • Manage the inbound applicant pipeline, while identifying passive job seekers using a full range of sourcing/attraction tactics and resources
  • Provide a pleasant experience for every candidate from the applicant stage to offer while evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, salary recommendations, and closing of the candidate leading
  • Move the needle on recruitment activities ensuring candidates are moving through the process
What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years of agency accounting and finance recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting for accountants, controllers, bookkeepers, managers and other accounting roles.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence with both candidates and hiring teams effectively and quickly
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
  • Ability to set priorities and execute on commitments in an environment of ambiguity and constant change
