Résumé du poste
A fast-growing service provider in Northwestern Ontario is looking for a Lead Housekeeper / Administrative Assistant to manage housekeeping teams and support administrative tasks in a remote camp setting. This role includes ensuring cleanliness, supervising staff, and maintaining guest services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and a safety-first mindset. This position offers a daily wage of $255 and competitive benefits, with a work schedule of 3 weeks on/3 weeks off.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality supervision.
- Experience with reservation systems and basic administrative/reporting tasks.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills beneficial.
Responsabilités
- Supervise housekeeping and janitorial teams for cleanliness standards.
- Assist with guest check-ins and maintain the camp reservation system.
- Promote safety culture and lead compliance initiatives.
