The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and configuring the AI Defense Service operational environments utilized by Deloitte Technology and Deloitte’s network of member firms. This is an analyst level role that ensures these environments run efficiently and that configuration changes are implemented accurately following agreed change control processes. You will monitor and handle tickets assigned to the support queues, be available for major incidents, build a deep understanding of the products, and respond quickly to operational events, alerts, or requests.

Qualifications:
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
