Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management – Besides owning accounts and mining customers, targets will be provided with incentives to surpass them. Our customers range from production staff to mine managers and mining executives. Versatility and adaptability are key.
  • Account Management – You will be our front and face with the assigned customers and it’s going to impossible for you to be successful without actively managing account issues. You will build trust through these challenges with the customers as well as our team.
  • Collaboration – We are a global company with multiple offices set to grow rapidly. You will be remotely connecting and building a collaborative team to support our growth initiatives.
  • Safety First – Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications
  • Sales Experience – A strong business acumen through years of sales and account management are a must. Having key contacts at mining facilities at the executive level will give you an edge.
  • Mining Technical Background – Our customers are highly technical and having insight into their operation is the most important key to unlock sales opportunities. Mining engineering or years of mining experience will be a must.
  • Logistical – Candidate must be willing to travel extensively across North America or as necessary – you will need a valid passport.
  • Coach and Mentor – You take every opportunity to help those around you to succeed. You have the ability to coach, provide feedback, and develop a team as necessary. We operate in a rapidly changing environment, and we count on you to help guide the team through tough times and newness.
