As Youtooz rapidly expands into new countries and distribution channels, it becomes more and more important to ensure every Youtooz shipment delivers accurately and efficiently. We're looking for a Junior Operations and Logistics Coordinator to assist in the fulfillment of purchase orders from key global wholesale and retail partners. You'll be working with some of the biggest retail brands in the world, fulfilling shipments and orders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all retail and wholesale orders are processed and packed according to routing guidelines
• Support our team in managing key retail accounts by compiling assets and pulling data
• Communicate with our wholesale partners and keep them informed of shipment progress and delays
• Enter data from purchase orders to our internal databases
• Help manage inventory levels by maintaining up-to-date purchase order information in the system
• Help prepare sales materials such as line sheets, setup information and slide decks
• Offer assistance in supporting and managing wholesale accounts

Requirements:

• 1+ years of logistics, supply chain operations or retail experience
• Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment
• Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility
• A love for collectible figures, toys, pop culture and the internet (memes, influencers, etc)
• Process oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Experience with Google Suite, primarily Google Sheets & Docs

Bonus:

• Experience with Airtable and Basecamp

The pay range for this role is:

40,000 - 50,000 CAD per year (Remote)
