• Accurately process, review, and verify customer orders using company systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Update and maintain order records, tracking information, and documentation.
• Resolve order discrepancies and communicate effectively with customers regarding order status.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing order data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly processing goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.

• Ability to follow instructions and learn new software systems quickly.

• No prior order processing experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
